Only a 4 star due to the long wait. My car was booked in for a service at 8:30am and it wasn't ready until 11:45am. I was informed on two occasions that my car wouldn't be much longer and that was at 10:00am. Staff were amazing and 5 star.

Very good representative, she was very helpful. Unfortunately due to the time I had to wait I got very cold (I suffer with raynaud's), so my hands and feet became quite painful.

Clare, in service dept was excellent. However, when I made the booking, I was told that the service would take a few hours from a 12:30 drop off. I therefore decided to wait ( apart from a quick visit to the shopping mall). Car was ready at 4:45

I booked it in for recall and was asked to arrive at 0830hrs. After asking twice I was given no indication of when it would be done. The staff did not care and just said I had to wait around all day. I left with my car at 12 noon dissatisfied

It has been a pretty bad experience as the ca was only 6months old when the problem began. The first time it was repaired we were told everything had been checked. That clearly wasn't the case as within a week the problem was back and far worse
