Had to wait 10-15mins to talk to someone when I dropped off the car, was told my customer rep was with another customer (which would be fine) but I could see they were not busy. I felt like DL company has no interest in helping their customers.

Could have been better, the communication from the service member was not great and his comments ill advised. The service itself may have missed an issue which resulted in my car being back in the garage four days later and missing its MoT.

Car was ready ahead of schedule, work completed on vehicle clearly explained and whilst waiting to be seen by service adviser, I had a lovely coffee and buscuits.
