I am completely satisfied with my experience of recieving my new car and the experience that I recived. My car came earlier than expected. The appointment went well and I was able to get and learn lots of new information about my new car, impressed!

Mitch was very helpful and patient as I had to transfer my insurance on to the new car which took a while, and he took the time to show me round the car so I was confident when I drove away

Technical problem was solved without incident, and staff were courteous.

The fault was not identified on the first visit so I needed to bring the car back. An issue (paint work damage) was fixed with no quibble and I was given a loan car whilst the work was being done.

It took months to have car booked in, no courtesy car is ever available. The service itself was fine, the MOT we were upsold expensive tyres with misleading information and attempted to sell servicing not due for four months. Poor value service
