The fault was not identified on the first visit so I needed to bring the car back. An issue (paint work damage) was fixed with no quibble and I was given a loan car whilst the work was being done.

It took months to have car booked in, no courtesy car is ever available. The service itself was fine, the MOT we were upsold expensive tyres with misleading information and attempted to sell servicing not due for four months. Poor value service

I was booked for the fast lane service but due to a recall, i was advised that the service was going to take longer than anticipated. I was offered a lift to the Mall but when I declined this offer i was found a private office in which to work.

all good apart from there has been a fresh scratch at the back of the car which i don't think it's there before the satff did show CCTV record at a time point , i didn't argue further more because it's not a very bad scratch rather than im convinced

I booked a a lot for 12:30. On the phone they said it would be an hour and half. I handed over my keys at 12:30. Got back at 2pm and my car was still there. I asked and they said they would work on it at 2:30 and it would be done at 4pm.

Efficient and helpful. Nice valet but whilst clean, my X2 rubber mats were extremely slippery with whatever you used to clean them. A courtesy car might have been offered as the car was there from 845-1630. Otherwise, fine.

Very satisfied but 1. Despite requests to utilise the unopened litre of oil as part of the service this was not done by the technician 2. I was advised the vehicle had been washed but it had not.
