Didn't receive a call from Ashley confirming that my vehicle was ready for collection. However, the lady on reception handled the situation impeccably showing warmth and concern. This combined with Josh's attention recovered the situation very well.

My only comment is the complementary car wash took nearly an hour. The car was completed when i arrived backnat the showroom apart from the wash. i did not realise it would take that long.

The sales advisor Joe was very professional and pleasant and I was made to feel welcome. The video made by the mechanic was a nice touch as was the chat with the service manager when I picked up my car.
