First of all the ladies on the main reception were immaculate, welcomed me the the dealership and dealt with my query. Lucy soon took my keys and showed me where to wait. My only disappointment was it took 3 hours to fit 4 tyres.

The service alarm was not cancelled after the service was completed. I get a warning alarm every time I turn on the ignition. BMW have advised me that I will have to take the car back in to have this corrected. This is a real pain!

The car was booked in to be cleaned. I sat in the dealership for 7 hours, 1st 2 hours car sat in car park. Eventually serviced and mot'd. Car returned to me dirty, service rep said it was washed before it went in and it's rained since. Obviously not!

It took a long time to actually test drive the car on the day of my visit. We covered a lot of things that may not have been relevant if I was not interested in buying the car after test drive.

Car failed it's mot on a tyre after you gave it a full service! Also I requested twice that the car not be cleaned so I could miss the traffic but I had to wait while it was being cleaned. Courtesy car was lower spec than mine so not an incentive

Service wasn't up to the normal standard, and I was told a faulty safety feature had been fixed but it hadn't, and still isn't.

When I was called to collect the car I was told they weren't sure if it had been cleaned but would be before I got there. I arrived 15mins before closing, paid & was led to my uncleaned car without a word about that not being done. Disappointing.

We booked in for an oil service and were told this would cost c£300. When we collected the car we were told that other services had been due and carried out at considerably more cost. We should have been told this when we checked in.

I was happy with the service. The lady who dealt with me was very efficient and kept me informed . I had to wait a long time but I didn't mind as it was a big job. I had an appointment at Apple Cribbs so I was panicking a bit and she was excellent.

Brilliant service. Tech sat in the car whilst I showed them the issue. Diagnosed the fault immediately but said they would need to confirm it. Once a delivery schedule was known for the idrive head unit a hire car was arranged. Car returned clean

My brake fluid service and timing cover replacement was great. I was kept informed and dealt with efficient and respectfully. However, when I got my tyre replaced it was poor.

Dick Lovett weren't able to register the tyres into the car as the scanner to do this was "broken". Given the amount of intergration between the on-board system in the car and external apps, I would have expected to the there to be more than one.

?? service I still have warrantee on my car so it was a very swift job. Which could have cost me hundreds. The team was all fabulous. They gave me 5* treatment that I deserve and even washed my car afterwards. Thanks ??

Friendly, helpful and quick to give updates during the day It would have been helpful to let me know what the costs were potentially going to be when I booked the service - I wasn't expecting it to be over £300 and that they didn't accept Amex.

Service was booked as a 90mins 'Fast-track', but it took nearly 3hrs! I was even called the night before to stress importance of being there at 08:30 to ensure 90mins.

Service was OK in that parts and oil were changed as expected and was completed in a few hours, however, you have no pick up service, no loan cars available for 3 months and it generally takes weeks or months to get booked in even for an urgent issue

New tyre had not been correctly inflated so had to go to garage and re-inflate Service advisor never proactively kept me apprised of what was going on and did not return calls when I rang to find out. MOT test with new trye required took 2 1/2 days!

A separate software issue had arisen with the mobile phone connection and internal password that was resolved by a very capable technician while I was sat in the vehicle with him.

Was booked in for a recall so my aftermarket apple car play that BMW won't enable was wiped. I was indeed warned about this. Main dissatisfied point was getting mixed up about someone elses vehicle and being told to replace fuel as per other answer

Ollie Jones the sales executive was hugely helpful throughout the whole process. There was never any pressure, and once I had placed an order, he kept in tough and gave me regular updates on the progress.
