Despite current restrictions, the people at Dick Lovett have devised a safe environment while maintaining - even exceeding - their usual levels of quality service.
Due to Covid restrictions, I received details of what would happen, including social distancing, hygiene etc. There were clear guidelines within reception, and I felt precautions were very thorough.

Car was booked in for a day. Ended up being two days. Was told that I needed 2 x new rear brake pads - for a car that had only done 10,000 miles!!! Resulted in the fact that the brake pads did not need replacing. Not happy
MOT just after lockdown 2 but felt Covid safe

The reason for the 5 stars is purely down to the service manager- Steven Cullen. He maintained contact throughout always keeping us up to date with parts delivery and fitting then being flexible to support collection.
I was kept informed of progress and potential issues.
Immediate diagnosis of the issue and complete rectification of the problem - bike runs better than new.

Everything was done for me, as customer this makes a big decision seam so much easier. Nice welcoming people on the reception as well as the sales rep. Paperwork was done professionally and follow up calls to see if everything was OK.
