Very helpful and obliging, booked when I wanted, collection service, everything explained clearly and patiently. Costs and prices explained, video health check good, alerts on what might need to be planned in next 12 months. All good.

This was a vehicle recall, easy to book, as above experience was excellent.
An error was made with the date. On the key drop-off envelope I had asked for a fault with the glovebox to be looked at. It wasn't.

Technician rendered my car undriveable and the best solution they offered was a taxi home while they ordered the part that was broken. They said it could take 2 days, I eventually got my car back after 6 days. I had to argue to get a hire car.

Despite Covid restrictions, the people at Dick Lovett BMW, Bristol, were welcoming, prompt and professional. The service and MOT were carried out in the time specified. Everything was explained. The video sent by the technician was informative.
Easy to book and change details such as changing rear tyres whilst there. Easy to park, welcomed on arrival and met quickly by Stuart who knew me and my requirements upfront.

Booked in for a MOT test to be undertaken whilst waiting. They replaced a non-functional lamp that would otherwise have caused a MOT failure, and gave the car a free wash and vac... an excellent experience

The service history wasn't checked in the i-drive system so had to go back and have it completed. Now it is showing twice. Apart from that very happy with the overall experience.
As above - issue with EGR not adequately explained and I suspect the costomer is paying for faulty parts installed by BMW.
